Mike Haupt

A resident of Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at his home. He was 44 and a native of Chalmette. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home on Friday, May 21, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Traci Mackenzie. Survived by his wife, Jeanne Hicks Haupt father and mother, Stephen and Diana Haupt, of Bush brother, Mitchell David Haupt and his wife, Erin three nieces, Shelby Rene Corrley, Katherine Theresa Haupt and Bailey Victoria Haupt nephew, Brenden Shane Kessler motherinlaw and fatherinlaw, Lynne and Leon Blalock sisterinlaw, Charlene Kessler and husband Shane 2 brothersinlaw, Lee Blalock and his partner, Melissa Carter,Don H. Hicks and his beloved cat, Shadow. Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Paul and Lillie LeGrange and paternal grandparents, Louis and Anna Pearl Haupt.
