Michele Lacour

With a room full of family and friends, the angels of the Lord came down and brought Michele to the presence of Jesus Christ on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008, at 5:20 p.m. She was a chief growth officer at LADOTD Federal Credit Union. She was 40, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Friday from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Ayo Efodigbue. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her husband, Frank Lacour; father and mother, Edgardo Eddie and Catherine Cathey Merle; son, Brennan Lacour; sister, Melissa Merle; mother-in-law, Teresa Lacour; sister-in-law, Julie and husband David Bordelon; brother-in-law, Michael and wife Michelle Lacour; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Louis Noel and Imelda Kober Brousse; paternal grandparents, Juan and Georgina Ibarra Merle; father-in-law, Walter John Lacour; and brother-in-law, Joseph Gerard Lacour.
