Mary Snowden

Mary "Sue" Snowden, resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on November 29, 2018 at the age of 82. She was a loyal Navy wife and a longtime member and Sunday School Teacher at Lanier Baptist Church.

Sue is survived by her children, Bud Snowden and Jean Wall, Teri Johnson and husband Sam, Lorrie Wax and husband Roby; her grandchildren, Ariana Postlethwait and husband Charles, Scott Johnson and wife Janis, Jordy Wax and wife Ali, Erin Unglesby and husband Matt, Evan Wax and wife Amy, great-grandchildren, Jonah, Reed, and Elise Wax, Levi, Acy, and Lane Unglesby, and Tate Wax.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Wayne Snowden; her grandson, Drew Johnson; her great-granddaughter, Reese Wax, and her parents, James and Boots Davis.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA, on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 9:00 am until funeral services at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
