Mary Davis

Mary Elaine Sharp Davis, a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Heritage Manor surrounded by her loving family.

Elaine was a kind and loving person who never complained and was loved by all and will be missed.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews and her special friends at Heritage Manor.

Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Davis; her children, Tommy and Lenny Thompson; her parents, Marshall J. Sr. and Elvina Sharp; and her brothers, Marshall J. Sharp Jr., and Gervais "Pinky" Sharp.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 9:30am until funeral service at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.

The family would like to thank friends and staff at Heritage Manor for loving and caring for her, especially Ms. Anna for the special friendship that they shared. We would also like to thank her niece Sherrill for all the love and affection she has given Elaine in her time of need.
