Our precious mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, in Long Lane, Mo. She was 78, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Lilbourn, Mo. Friends and family are invited to attend the graveside service at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Monday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Milford Walters. Survived by a daughter, Shirley and husband Tom Comeaux, of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Vivian Holley, of Baton Rouge, and Julia Froman, of Lilbourn; three brothers, Bobb Moss, of Denham Springs, Lindy Moss, of San Antonio, Texas, and Darryl Moss, of Galvez; two grandchildren, Chris Comeaux and Rebecca Comeaux and fianc George Rogers, all of Baton Rouge; and a special friend, John Thompson, of Long Lane. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Cooper; sister, Juanita Deal; and brothers, Scott Moss and Larry Moss.
