Martha Adams

Martha Mickey Adams,
native of Maringouin, La, former resident of Baton Rouge, LA, and resident of Bessmer, AL, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the age of 76. She was a former employee of Turner Industries and retired from Pala Industries. Mickey loved to sing and play the piano. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and sister.

Mickey is survived by her husband, Don Adams daughter and soninlaw, Terri Lynn and David L. Storm daughtersinlaw, Betty Adams and Yong Cha Adams twelve grandchildren and eleven greatgrandchildren and four brothers, Ulysses Pinell, Charles Pinell, James PInell, and Harold Pinell. She is preceded in death by her four sons, Donnie Adams, Dale Adams, Dennis Adams, and Gary Dean Adams parents, Howard and Mattie Pinell and two brothers, Howard Pinell and Curtis Pinell.

Visiting hours will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visiting will resume on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 10:00 am until funeral services. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
