Mark Sweet

Steven Mark Sweet, a retired lieutenant with the Baton Rouge City Police, died in his Baton Rouge home in the early hours of Saturday, August 24, 2013. He was 54 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Reed Sweet. He will be greatly mourned and much missed by his wife, Andrea his mother, Rosalie sons, Adam and Eric stepson, Greg sister, Reeda brothers, Michael and Mel and numerous muchloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 5 pm to 8 pm and will resume at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy., on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 9:30 am until funeral service at 11 am.
