A resident and native of Baton Rouge, Marjorie W. Granger passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015.
The family requests visiting hours to be observed on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visiting hours will resume on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 12:00 PM until the time of services at 2:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home at 2:00 PM, officiant will be Deacon Richard Grant.
Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Marjorie is survived by her children, Richard Wayne Granger and wife, Susan of Baton Rouge, Stephen Craig Granger and wife, Julie of Baton Rouge, Sheila Granger Phillips and husband, Jim of Baton Rouge, Mark Edwin Granger and wife, Sharee of Ruston, LA and Daughter-in-law, Dottie Kent Granger of Baton Rouge; her grandchildren, Stephen Craig Granger II, William Wesley Granger, Melissa Granger Brown and husband, Jason, Lauren Granger Sibley and husband, Cheyene , Peighton Sealy Phillips, Haley Morgan Phillips, Mark Garrett Granger, Griffin Fenoy Granger and Gabriella Ronaee Granger; and her great-grandchildren, Granger Paul Brown, Memphis Raynes Sibley, and Phoenix Grace Sibley.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Granger, Jr. and son, Frank Granger, III.
Marjorie W. Granger retired from the State of Louisiana, Department of Natural Resources as an Oil and Gas Analyst. She was a devout Catholic and faithful member of Our Lady of Mercy Church.
