Marian Gammill

Died on Monday, May 14, 2012 in Baton Rouge. She was 84 years old. Visiting on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 10 a.m. until service conducted by Deacon Brent Duplessis at 11 a.m., at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by a daughter, Karen Eckel and husband, Rusty of Lake Charles son, Joey and wife, Peggy of St. Francisville a brother, G.P. Babin and wife, Gladys of Gonzales six grandchildren: Katie Eckel Brooks and husband, Chris, Charlotte Gammill Peno and husband, Justin, Davis Gammill, Benjamin Eckel, Alyson Gammill, David Eckel and three great grandchildren: Abigail and Aiden Brooks and Joey Win Peno. Preceded in death by her husband, Harry Gammill parents, Gerard and Cecelia Babin four brothers and four sisters. Donations may be made in her name to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, P.O. Box 2996, Baton Rouge, LA 70821.
