Margaret Prine

A resident of Baton Rouge, she died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was 82. Visiting at University United Methodist Church on Monday, Sept. 13, from noon until memorial service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Phil Woodland. A gathering with refreshments will follow after the service. Interment in Osyka Cemetery, Osyka, Miss. She is survived by a daughter, Dianne Kirkpatrick brother, August Jack William Meyer Jr. and wife Meriel sisterinlaw, Joyce Meyer two grandchildren, Sean Kirkpatrick and wife Shannon and Shane Kirkpatrick and wife Andi and six greatgrandchildren, Madison, Cole, Conner, Britton, Harrison and Hayes Kirkpatrick. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Prince parents, August and Alta Meyers and brother, Herbert Meyers. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to University United Methodist Church, where she was a member. She loved her grandchildren, reading and fishing.
