Mamie Pearson

Mamie Sue Pearson Nana, 68, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family on Monday, December 2, 2013. Born in Henderson, TX, raised in Odessa, TX, and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. A dedicated wife, mother, and nana. Sue was a devoted member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority since 1979. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Earl Pearson, Jr daughter, Melissa LeBlanc and husband Chad LeBlanc, Sr., and daughter Tami Pearson son, Kevin Pearson grandchildren, Holden, Huston, and Hyatt Harris stepgrandchildren, Chad LeBlanc Jr., and Cory LeBlanc brother, Bill Hennon and wife Suzanne of Tyler, TX sister, Barbara Gregory Horn of Odessa, TX loving motherinlaw, Merle Elizabeth Pearson sistersinlaw and brothersinlaw, Judy and Eddie Cobb, Sandra and Randy Beard, and Barbara and Jimmy Ellis and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, William E. Hennon and Lucille Hennon fatherinlaw, Earl Pearson, Sr. sisterinlaw, Barbara Hennon and brothersinlaw, Dean Gregory and Joe Horn. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 5 pm to 8 pm and will resume on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 10:30 am until funeral service at 11:30 am. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Holden Harris, Huston Harris, Hyatt Harris, Chad LeBlanc, Sr., Chad LeBlanc, Jr., and Cory LeBlanc.
