Malcolm Donner Jr

A native of New Orleans, La and resident of Baton Rouge passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012, at the age of 79. He was a graduate of Southwestern Louisiana Institute with a BS degree in Accounting. He worked in the banking industry thoughout his life and retired with the FDIC. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Virginia R. Donner three sons and their wives, Malcolm W. Donner III and Marilyn Andre, Thomas R. Donner and Beth Dantin, Christopher J. Donner and Nadine Chol one daughter, Adele M. Wade and husband, Gary D. Wade brother, Duane P. Donner, 8 grandchildren, David W. Donner, Kathleen A. Donner, Elise M. Fontenot, Laura C. Fontenot, Alexandra S. Donner, Jack T. Donner, Emily E. Donner, and John J. Donner and 4 stepgrandchildren, Brandon M. Andre, Megan A. Moore and husband James Moore, Kelsey R. Andre, and Hailey E. Andre. He was preceded in death by his father, Malcolm W. Donner Sr. and mother, Hazel McMurry Donner, brothers Eugene and Kenneth Donner, soninlaw Rusty Fontenot, and sisterinlaw Lillie L. Donner. He will be remembered as a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 9:30 am until 11:30 am. The Rosary will be said at 11:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at noon, at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St. George Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Burial at St. George Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St.George Church and School.
