Malcolm L. Mac Dixon, Jr. passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at the age of 75. He was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a resident of St. Amant, Louisiana. Malcolm was a loving husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, and greatgrandfather. He was the kindest, most caring man and he had a huge heart. Malcolm served in the United States Navy for four years and was the owner and operator of Portable Machine Works for 33 years. Malcolm is survived by his wife Lillie G. Dixon children and their spouses, Deborah Dixon and Greg Accardo, Judith Dixon and Anthony Imbraguglio, and Michael and Tammy Dixon stepchildren and their spouses, Kim A. and Chuck Dufour, and Trent Amedee and Kelly Hopper siblings, Elinor and Ronnie Heaghan, Doris and Clyde Hodges, Johnny and Diane Dixon, and Betty White grandchildren, David Dixon, Brooklynn Dixon, Kristen Dixon Phillips, Jamie Dixon Bliss, Giuliana Imbraguglio, and Joseph Imbraguglio greatgrandchildren, Isabella Bliss, Jackson Phillips, Aubrey Phillips, and Madeleine Dixon stepgrandchildren, Lauren Wall, Gracie Amedee, and Knox Amedee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cora S. Dixon and Malcolm L. Dixon, Sr. and sister, Kathryn Dixon Smith. Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Parkview Baptist Church, 11795 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 10 am until funeral service at 2 pm conducted by Pastor Ron Tyndall. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers are Bill Wood, Mitch Menard, Johnny Dixon, David Dixon, Greg Accardo, Joseph Imbraguglio, Clyde Hudges, and Bubba Culotta.
