Madelyn Wyatt Akee Partrich

A homemaker and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 90 and a native of Rome, Ga. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 25, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Friday from noon until service at 2 p.m., conducted by Dr. Burn Paige. Burial to follow. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Elaine Austin and husband Arnold R. Austin Sr.; son, James B. Partrich Jr. and wife Susan Potts; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Partrich Sr.; parents, Harry and Lelia Wyatt; four sisters; and a great-granddaughter, Madelyn Faith Havard. She enjoyed her family, traveling and was a member of D.O.W. Sunday school class at First Baptist Church of Baton Rouge.
