Lynda Baugher

Lynda Manno Baugher, age 75, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

Lynda was born on November 15, 1946 to Frank Manno and Philippine Liuzza Manno. After she graduated from St Anthony Catholic High School where she was class president, she attended LSU.  She married D. Keith Baugher and was a loving wife and mother staying active in various organizations most of her adult life including: the PTA, duplicate bridge group, gourmet cooking group, Exxon Wednesday Club, Vice President of Delta Zeta Mothers Club, and her favorite, pet therapy through the LSU Vet School, all because she loved giving back to others.

Lynda is survived by her children, Douglas Keith Baugher, Jr. (Nikki), and Danna Baugher Moeller (John); her sisters Toni Manno Tullier, and Phyllis Manno Sheridan (Robert); her brothers-in-law Steven Baugher (Cathy), and Marshall Baugher (Laura); nieces and nephews that she adored, Michael Tullier (Jacky), Paul Tullier, Robbie Pitre (Jason), Ryan Sheridan (Bo), Raegan Newitt (Aaron), and Chris Hargiss; her great nieces and nephews, Sarah and Luke Tullier, Rachael and David Tullier, Brennan, Brooke, and Brady Pitre; Laine, Rylan, Hayes, Jude, and Ruby Sheridan; Brandt and Sheridan Newitt; her Village Charmant neighbors, cousin-Marilyn Brown, friend-Charlene Doyle, and her beloved dog, Benny.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, D. Keith Baugher; her parents, Frank and Philippine Manno; and her brother-in-law Johnny Tullier.

Visitation will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church, 9150 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 9:00am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am.
