Louisa Turnley, "Aunt Wees", "Mrs. T." age 85 a resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on September 30, 2018.
She graduated from Poland High School and was married to Edward Turnley for 65 years. She taught Sunday School and Pre-School at Stevendale Baptist Church for 34 plus years.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Turnley; daughter, Connie Turnley Fecel and husband Mike Fecel; son, Eddie Turnley Jr.; one sister, Dorothy Harris of Cleburne, Texas and several nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Lucille Powell; sisters, Gracie Ford and Agnes Tarver.
Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven Funeral on October 4, 2018. Visitation will be from 12:00pm -2:00pm with service at 2:00pm. Service will be conducted by Brother Steve Young of Stevendale Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
