Louis Lindsay, Jr.

Louis Reginald Lindsay Jr. Butch, 70, born on November 16, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10:35 a.m. at St Clare Manor after a battle with Alzheimers. A proud Marine and a former Mortgage Broker. He survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Sandra Sanchez Lindsay. He is also survived by two children, Allison Lindsay Traxler Jon, M.D. and Christopher Charles Lindsay Natalie grandchildren, Emmalie Grace Callegan, Wesley Thomas Callegan, Caroline Elise Lindsay, Ava Katherine Lindsay and James Grey Traxler brother, Charles Lindsay Jutta sister, Anita Lindsay Walker Deware aunt, Mrs. James M. Gill Winnie and nieces, Heidi Louise Lindsay, Claire Lindsay Mello, Lindsay Walker Conner and nephew Alex Deware Walker. Preceded in death by his parents, Louis R. Lindsay and Louise Thomas Lindsay soninlaw, Christopher Sean Callegan grandson, Samuel Roy Lindsay and inlaws, Roy and Enola Sanchez. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 445 Marquette Avenue Baton Rouge, LA with visitation starting at 5:30 pm with a memorial service to follow.
