Lois Marshall Nola

Lois Marshall Nola, cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the age of 77. Lois was born on July 15, 1947, in Plaquemine, Louisiana, daughter of the late Joseph N. Marshall Sr. and Elodie M. Marshall.

Lois, had a natural gift for making everyone laugh. Her sense of humor and infectious spirit brought joy to all who knew her. Family meant everything to her, and she cherished every moment spent with loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years Sam B. Nola; parents Joseph Sr. and Elodie Marshall; and brother Billy Marshall.

Lois is survived by her daughters Jennifer N. Levron (Brent), and Angella Nola (Laurin Castille); sister JoAnne M. Sherwood; brother Joseph M. Marshall Jr.; grandchildren Gabriel Levron and Kayla Nola; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to invite all who knew and loved Lois to join them as we commemorate her life. A graveside service will be held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
