A beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend, Lindsay Tyler, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the age of 28.
She was smart, beautiful, funny, patient, kind, and tough when she needed to be. She loved spending time with her family. The relationship she had with her brother, Hunter Tyler, was not like any other. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up the room. She will be missed by all that knew her. When you think of Lindsay, celebrate the good memories you had with her and know that she lived life to the fullest.
She is survived by her parents, Johnathan “John” Tyler and Monique Melancon Tyler; brother, Hunter Tyler (Baton Rouge); grandparents, Steve and Helene Cumbaa (Baton Rouge) and Tommy and Sylvia Tyler (Michigan); Aunts, Uncles and cousins, Alton and Kasey Melancon and their kids – Ryan, Sydney and Reed (Baton Rouge), Jason and Logan Diano and their kids Wren and Wyatt (Longmont, CO), Justin and Keri Klumpp (New Orleans), Cyndi Tyler (Michigan), and Tomilyn Tyler (Michigan)
She was preceded In Death by her grandfather, Alton Belmont Melancon.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m.
