Linda Sue Schexnayder

Linda Sue Schexnayder passed away at her home on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
Linda enjoyed the fine things in life such as dancing, traveling, and listening to live music.
Linda is survived by her companion of 23 years, Dickie Rembert; her children, Lynton Townley and Terri Sue Townley; grandchildren, Lindsay Carrier and Darron Townley; great-grandchildren, Liam Andrew Carrier, Adalyn Grace Gomez.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Townley and Charles Schexnayder; parents, Lynton and Gertrude Tate.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
The family would like to thank Magdalene Jno Baptiste, Amedisys Home Health and Amedisys Hospice for their loving care.
