Linda Brewer Bourgeois

Linda Brewer Bourgeois, a resident of Baton Rouge, died on Saturday, April 8 at age 75. She is survived by her daughter Amanda Bourgeois, son Micah Bourgeois and his wife Jaime Aymond Bourgeois, and three grandsons, Brayden, Easton, and Cohen Bourgeois, as well as her sister Cookie White and her husband Ron, and their children Lisa and Brad. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Kilpper “Kip” Bourgeois, parents Charles and Alice Brewer, sister Judy Brewer Patel, and nephew Jeremy Patel . She was a full time homemaker, choosing to stay home after her children were born. The great joys of her life were cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, traveling in Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Ochsner Medical Center and The Carpenter House. A memorial service will take place at Trinity Episcopal Church, 3552 Morning Glory Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808 on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM.  Visitation will precede the service at Trinity's Common Room beginning at 12:30 PM.
