Lester Sutherland

Lester E. Sutherland Jr. Died at home June 8th 2018 at the age of 73, he was born on October 13, 1945 in Paducah, KY. He is survived by his wife Joyce Norwood Sutherland, son Dr. Michael Sutherland his wife Kathryn and three granddaughters Lindsay, Allison, Rachael; and son Thomas Patrick Sutherland also his sister Carol Sutherland, and numerous, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Lester E. Sutherland and Mary McAughan as well as his brother Pat Sutherland and his wife Mary Hellen Sutherland, and is Aunt Ellenor Sanders.

He retired from C F Industries Donaldsonville plant after 43 years. Visitation on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Most Blessed Sacrament Church 15615 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, from 9:30 - 11:30 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30. Interment will follow services at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers donations are requested for St. Jude, St. Vincent De Paul or charity of your choice.
