A retired Turner Industries employee and resident of Zachary, he died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at 11 p.m. at Hospice of Baton Rouge Butterfly Wing. He was 79, a native of Covington, Va. and a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and in the chapel on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Jackie Fuller; daughter and son-in-law, Suzette F. and Phil Larsen; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Dianna Fuller, Pat and Linda Fuller and Jeff and Bonnie Fuller; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Lee G. Sr. and Clara R. Fuller; sister, Peggy Botkins; and brother, H.L. Fuller. He attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Zachary, and was a member of Ironworkers Local 623. Pallbearers will be Brian Thompson, Doc Robertson, Gerry Edgens, Chris Jarrell, Matt Fremin and Andy Blanchard. Honorary pallbearers are J. Billy Guitreau, Roland Toups, Thomas Turner and Larry Seamon.
