Kristin Egerton

Kristin Michelle Egerton, 28, went home to Heaven way too early on June 5, 2013. Kristin was the essence of love. She was a giver, always putting others first and never wanting anything in return. Kristin KeKe was dearly loved by many and our hearts will be heavy without her. But she is in the Light now, surrounded by Gods eternal peace. She was born July 13, 1984, in Baton Rouge, La., where she was a lifelong resident. She attended Tara High School and graduated in 2002. She was an Assistant Manager at Harrison Finance. Kristin is preceded in death by her grandparents, Dale and Annabelle Egerton, and John and Joan Harris. Survived by her parents, Rex and Brenda Harris Egerton of Baton Rouge her sister and brotherinlaw, Jennifer and John Herring nephews, Gage Thibodaux and Carson Herring of Baton Rouge aunts, Beverly Egerton, Donna Harris Pounds and Kathleen Harris Sturgeon and their families uncles, Paul Egerton, Max Egerton, Rushee Harris, Steve Harris and Richard Harris and their families as well as numerous other extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 3 p.m. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
