Kimmel Williams

May 17, 1962 — September 28, 2021

Kimmel Hutchinson Williams passed away peacefully surrounded by her family September 28, 2021 at the age of 59.

She was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and graduated from University High School. Kimmel was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt and enjoyed researching her family's genealogy. Kimmel and her deceased husband, Dale Williams enjoyed fishing, traveling and entertaining. She was an amazing artist and had a passion for crafting, gardening and cooking. Her favorite pastime was enjoying a cold beer with family and her closest friends while boiling crawfish or barbecuing.

Kimmel is survived by her father Charles Hutchinson, brothers Tommy Hutchinson and Chuck  Hutchinson (Tracey}, nieces Mary Kate Hutchinson, Lee Ellen Hutchinson, Laura Durio, and Emily Durio,  nephew Miles Durio and godchild Taylor Durbin.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dale Williams and her mother Edith Rose Hutchinson.

Kimmel's family celebrated her life with an intimate graveside service at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family wishes to extend a thank you to the staff at Magnolia Brooke Assisted Living who have become a part of  her family, Dr. Dammers and  The Hospice of Baton Rouge. Continued research is needed for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
