Kimberly Ann Barton Barient, 56, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 in her home. She was born in Magnolia, Arkansas on March 22, 1961 and lived in Baton Rouge for over 40 years.
Kim is survived by her husband, Brian Keith Barient; two daughters, Andrea Leigh Barient and Marla Ellyn Barient Moinot; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Don Barton of Magnolia, Arkansas; father and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Barient of Denham Springs, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Bonita Barton; nephew, Jason Barton, wife Kelli and their children; and niece, Lanie Barton, all residents of Magnolia, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Randy Barton; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oren Barton; and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Whatley, all residents of Magnolia, Arkansas.
Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 10:00am until services at 11:30am.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, especially Dr. Derrick Spell and Angela Moore, also The Hospice of Baton Rouge and the many friends for all their support.
