Kelly Cairns Orillion

Kelly Cairns Orillion, age 53, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on April 17, 2023.

Born in Baton Rouge in 1970, Kelly attended University Lab School and Louisiana State University. She enjoyed her dogs and anything with LSU football. Kelly was a wonderful cook. Her gumbo was the dish most requested. She loved animals and felt like a stepmother every time an egg hatched from the ducks by her backyard lake. Time at the beach was always a special time for Kelly. She loved being in the sun and laughing, and whenever possible, enjoying both at the same time.

Kelly is survived by her mother, Linda Sue Lewis Cairns; her brother Christopher Nelson Cairns; her sister-in-law Vicki Picou Cairns; her nephew Parker David Cairns; and her sister Kasey Adell Cairns.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Orillion.

Visitation will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until Memorial Service 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude’s in Kelly’s name.
