Kelly Meaux, Sr.

Kelly P. Meaux Sr. passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the age of 64. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jayne Babin Meaux three sons and two daughtersinlaw, Sean Meaux, Ryan and Tessi Meaux, and Kelly Jr. and Cynthia Meaux one sister, Peggy Meaux Hebert two brothers and one sisterinlaw, Randy and Nell Meaux, and Larry Meaux. He is preceded in death by his parents, Senua and Elexzina Dartez Meaux. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 4 pm until 8 pm and will resume on Monday, April 30, at St. George Catholic Church from 10:30 am until religious services at 11:30 am. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers are Damian Burdette, Sammy Boudreaux, Rhett Boudreaux, Gordon Boudreaux, Johnny Attuso, and Nicholas Hebert. Kelly graduated from Crowley High School in 1966. He retired from Sams Club in Baton Rouge after 17 years. Kelly was a great cook who was very fun loving, loved to entertain, and loved his family and friends.
