A resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Flannery Oaks. She was 76 and a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Wednesday, May 19, from 10 a.m. until religious service in the chapel at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Ken Carroll. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by four daughters and three sonsinlaw, Cynthia and Thomas Bianchi, Nancy and David Azar Jr., Lauren and Ray Whitaker, and Elaine Moreno six grandchildren, Matthew P. Azar and wife Calli, Christina R. Azar, Justin W. Whitaker, Steven Whitaker, Jordan Regan and Noah Moreno. Preceded in death by her husband, William P. Chamberlain and parents, George A. and Laura E. OLeary. She was a member of the Baton Rouge Garden Club and The Republican Womens Club and a member and volunteer at Broadmoor United Methodist Church.
