Joyce E. Henry

Joyce Eileen Bauer Henry age 83, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on 9/28/2022. Joyce was born and raised in Marietta, Ohio. Joyce was a caring woman who was lovingly known by many as “Grandma”. She enjoyed volunteering and caring for others throughout her entire life.

Joyce is survived by daughters, Elizabeth Henry, Mary Maloney (John), and Henry Flanagan, who was like a son to her; granddaughters, Katelyn Dedman (Frank), Stephanie Slay, Mary Christine Slay; great grandchildren, Frank IV, Savannah and Sutton Dedman; and nephew, Scott Parks (Dianna). She is also survived by her many dear friends and special people in her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry; son, Joseph Michael Henry; beloved sister, Judy Parks (Dean); and her Father and Mother, John Bauer and Helen Bauer.
