Josephine Melilli

Josephine Melilli passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at the age of 109. She was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana and a resident of Baton Rouge. Josephine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and greatgreat grandmother. She was a member of Christian Life Fellowship. Josephine is survived by her sons and daughterinlaws, David and Darrelyn Melilli, and Dr. Jere and Joan Melilli nine grandchildren 12 greatgrandchildren and one greatgrandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Melilli her son, Jasper A. Jr. and wife Elaine Melilli and eight siblings. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Christian Life Fellowship, 2037 Quail Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70808 from 6 pm until 8 pm and will continue on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 10 am until funeral service at 11 am conducted by her son, Dr. Jere Melilli. Interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park Mausoleum.
