Joseph William Schram, age 68, a resident of Baker, LA, passed away on October 5, 2021,
Lover of horses, Harleys, and hot dogs. As wild as the wind, untamable as a Maverick and a rebel to the core. Honor and honesty are my code. Emotionally I’m a rock and as unlikely a poet as you will find. The preceding Artist’s Profile was featured with one of Joe’s published poems. Joe graduated from Redemptorist High School in 1971. He had a lifelong passion for electronics, which led him to a career as a Security Technician, spending most of his years employed at Alarm Device. Joe enjoyed playing his PlayStation, taking photographs, and was an avid collector many things. He also loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and will be dearly missed.
Joe is survived by his two children, Jodi and Patrick Schram, his sister, Laura Schram, as well as his two granddaughters, Eva King and Lilyanna Redman, and family friends, Hedy Schram and Troy Turner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Eva Schram and his sister Ann Gifford.
