Joseph Henry

Joseph Michael Henry passed away suddenly of a heart attack on June 16, 2015 at the age of 55.

Joseph was a graduate of Texas Christian University. He was a kind and gentle man.

Joseph is survived by his mother, Joyce E. Henry; his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Henry, and Mary Kathleen Henry Maloney and husband John; his nieces, Katelyn Elizabeth Slay, Stephanie Anne Slay, and Mary Christine Slay; his uncle, Dean Parks of Marietta, Ohio; and his lifelong friend, Henry Flanagan.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Joe Henry; his grandparents; and his aunt, Judith Parks.

The family requests that visitation hours be observed on Friday, June 19, 2015, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, LA, from 12:00 PM until the time of services.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home at 2:00 PM.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
