JoseAnn Benoit Venseret

Jose Ann Venseret, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the age of 88. She was born on Wednesday, March 6, 1935, in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, daughter of the late Joseph and Ophelia Benoit.

She was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the Adoration committee at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Jose Ann loved collecting antiques, especially glassware, and spending time with her family.

Jose Ann is survived by her children, Anne Venseret-Bova and Jason Venseret; her sisters, Priscilla and Barbara Benoit; and her grandson, Seth Barker.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 years, Alfred S. Venseret; and her parents, Joseph and Ophelia Benoit.

Visitation will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy. on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM. Services will be conducted by Deacon Don Musso and burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
