John Roshto

John T. Roshto native of Pineville, La and resident of Baton Rouge, La passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at the age of 89. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home,11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 9 am until funeral services at 11 am conducted by Dr. David Goza. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Lena Landry Roshto two daughters, Lisa Roshto and Denise Roshto three sons, Robin Roshto, Neil Roshto and his wife Laura, and Ralph Roshto 10 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren twin greatgreat grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death his parents, John H. Roshto and Lizzie Miller Roshto brother and sister, Julius Roshto and Dorothy Roshto son, John Phillip Roshto and two grandchildren, Rachel Lee Rita and Rebecca Raye Roshto. John proudly served as a Merchant Marine during WWII. His passion was fishing and he also volunteered at the Baton Rouge General Mid City for 20 years.
