John Mark Rebelle, a native of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 56. John’s strength, determination, and resiliency were unwavering throughout his life, and he welcomed new experiences that enriched his life.
Religious services were conducted by Deacon Brent Duplessis of St. Jean Vianney Parish on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Entombment was in Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum.
John is survived by three sisters, Melinda Addison of Baton Rouge and former brother-in-law Mike Addison, Paula Falcon and husband Col Randall Falcon (retired) of Prairieville, Liz Iglesias and husband Bobby Iglesias of Baton Rouge, a brother, Jules Levi Rebelle IV and wife Martha Rebelle of Friendswood, Texas; seven nieces and nephews Chad Falcon and wife Andrea, Robbie Iglesias and wife Angie, Eric Iglesias, Eliska Dumas and husband Will, Adele Kleinpeter and husband Dustin, Jude Addison and wife Jahnele, Thomas Levi Rebelle and six grandnephews and grandnieces. John is preceded in death by his Father, Jules Levi Rebelle III; his Mother, Lillie Mae Gremillion Rebelle. Pallbearers are Jules Levi Rebelle IV, Col Randall Falcon, Bobby Iglesias, Chad Falcon, Robbie Iglesias, Eric Iglesias, Jude Addison, Thomas Levi Rebelle. The family expresses sincere thanks to The Carpenter House and their professionalism and caregivers.
