John Garon, Jr.

A retired employee of Kaiser Aluminum and a resident and native of Baton Rouge, he died at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 87 and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, March 29, from 11 a.m. until chapel service at 2 p.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by two daughters, Donna Garon and Susan Garon three sons and two daughtersinlaw, Richard and Jamie Garon, Johnny and Eula Garon, and Brian Garon 12 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Dena Garon.
