A native of California and resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 8:35 a.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012, peacefully at her home with family and a friend, Pam, by her side. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Religious services at 2 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, conducted by Rev. Jerry Martin. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by 3 daughters and sonsinlaw, Sandra and Ron Malone, Lisa and Thomas Lester, and Annette and Michael Gosey 3 sons and daughtersinlaw, Terry and Karen Sebring, Larry and Syra Sebring, and Mark Sebring 3 sisters, Arlene Tylutki, Marilyn Cangemi, and Karen Cherryholmes 1 brother, Terry Forg 14 grandchildren, Jody, William, Amy, Marissa, Shelby, Wesley, Cody, Larry, Karen, Krystal, Kristopher, Kyle, Samantha and Blaine and 7 greatgrandchildren, Logan, Victoria, Enden, Brendan, Mayah, Cayden and Dakota. Preceded in death by her husband, Blaine G. Sebring parents, William and Bertha Forg and sister, Joyce Shay. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and The Patchwork Pelicans.
