Joan Badeaux McCormick
a homemaker and resident of Baton Rouge passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 at the age of 77 at her home with her children by her side.

She is survived by her son Larry McCormick daughters Cindy Morvant, Lisa and soninlaw Craig Conley her granddaughters Laci Martin and husband Coy Sonni Gwynn and husband Christopher and Chandler Morvant and her greatgrandchildren Grace Cy Martin her sisters Carol Warren and Jessie Hardesty brothers Rudy, and Bobby Badeaux and numerous nieces, nephews and life long friends. She was preceeded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Floyd McCormick Sr. her parents R.J. Ruth Badeaux sister Evelyn Mann and brother Bill Badeaux.

Visiting hours will be observed at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 9150 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70810, on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1pm on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Interment and graveside service will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
