Jewette Lofton

Jewette Sue Lofton passed away on December 30th in Gonzales Louisiana. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her. Mom was well known for her love of music and family. Music was a binding force in their lives and will always be a source of many fond memories.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge La. on Saturday, January 4 from 12 p.m. until service at 2 p.m.  Burial will be at Greenoaks Memorial Park, Baton Rouge.

She is survived by brother, Jerry and Vicky Price; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Fay May Lofton; daughter, Rhonda Lofton O'Neill; daughter-in-law, Lylah Friedman Lofton; grandchildren, Arron and Ardyn Lofton, Eric and Megan Lummus, Jenny Tomlin, Chad and Justin Lofton, and Joseph, John and Jacob O'Neill; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Lane Lofton, son, Stirling Lofton; parents, Allen Jackson Price and Hazel Price Hardy; brothers, Billy Don and Denver Price.
