Jessie Bumgarner

Jessie Toby Bumgarner, 89, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Stanton, TX passed away at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home on Friday January 25, 2013, Jessie was a very happy and selfgiving person. Visitation will be on Thursday January 31, 2013 at Parkview Baptist Church from 5:00pm until a memorial service celebrating her life at 6:30pm. She is survived by her son Richard Jimmy Bumgarner and wife Bettye, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
