Jerry Cassano

Our loving husband and father, Jerry David Cassano, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Darlyne King Cassano; sons, Chris Cassano and wife Michelle, and Troy Cassano; grandchildren, Cole and Paige Cassano; mother, Beverly Wolfe; and sisters, Linda LeDoux and Susan Valenti.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Cassano; sister, Carol Cassano; and brother, Randy Cassano.

Jerry was a graduate of Istrouma High School. He was a well-known contractor for 30 years. Jerry was also a well-known and successful race car driver and loved watching his sons and grandson continue his love of the sport.

The family requests visiting hours be observed on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Visiting hours will resume on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
