Jeannette Ainslie Mouat Faust passed away on May 2, 2017.
Jeannette was born on July 3, 1924 in Sheffield, England. She joined Briton's WAAF's when she was only 16 years old and served as a section officer for four years during WWII. Among her duties she ascended in a two-person dirigible and watched for incoming bombers before Great Britain had perfected its radar surveillance system. She was a homemaker and mother of seven children.
Predeceased by her parents, Thomas Bernard Mouat, FRCS, MD, Chb, and Ida Mouat of Edinburgh, Scotland; her brother, John, and sisters, Alexia, Colina, Fiona, and Helen; by her husband Harold, and by her eldest son Thomas.
She is survived by her children, Jeannette M Faust, Harold G Faust, Richard C Faust, Robert A Faust, John Andrew Faust, and Mary Ainslie Faust; and grandchildren, Lacey, Annie, Harold, John Andrew, Andreas, Nicole, Nadia, Rory, Daniel, and Francesca; and great-grandchildren Kinley, and Myles Landon; and daughter-in-laws, Isabel, Judith, Sheryl, Adrienne, Paula, and Sherry, and son-in-law, Alex.
Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on May 10, 2017 from 2:00 PM until services at 2:30 PM. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
