Jean Egerton

71, of Baton Rouge, La. formerly of Kankakee, Ill. and a native of Mt. Sterling, Ill., died Saturday October 9, 2010 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Mrs. Egerton was retired from Kroger Meat and Seafood Department and also was a waitress at the Kankakee Country Club for several years.
She was survived by one daughter, Beverly Egerton 3 sons, Max Egerton and wife Robin of Mountainburg, Ark., Rex Egerton and wife Brenda of Baton Rouge and Paul Egerton and wife Janette of Avon, Ind. One sister Rosemary Olyen and one brother Lyle Hickman 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Dale Egerton her Parents Raymond and Eva Hickman and one brother Robert Hickman.
