Jean Daniels

Jean Abbott Irby Daniels, 82, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2013. She was a native of Birmingham, AL and resided in Baton Rouge, LA. Jean was an avid tennis player and enthusiast in several tennis leagues for many years. She was a graduate of West End High School in Birmingham, AL. Jean is survived by her husband, William Blake Bill Daniels, Jr. daughter and soninlaw, Leigh Ann and Joe Cox son and daughterinlaw, William Blake, III and Sandra Daniels two grandchildren, William Blake Daniels IV, and Leslie Ruth Gugliuzza and husband, Tyler greatgrandchild, Grayson Jordan Gugliuzza stepgranddaughter, Garnett Ferguson and husband, Lucas two stepgreatgrandchildren, Liam Reid and Connor Foster friend, LaQunita Titus and her beloved dog, Happy. Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Irby. Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 8 am until funeral service at 10 am.
