Jared Smith

Jared Todd Smith, age 54, a resident of Capital House passed away on April 22, 2018.

Jared is survived by his two brothers, Joshua Smith and Jordan Smith; and two sisters, Heather Smith Bergeron and Brittany F. Smith.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Jean Pitre; his grandfather, Preston Smith; and his aunt, Beverly Pitre Gill.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. Visitation will resume at Resthaven on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 9:00am until funeral services at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Smith, Jordan Smith, Neil Bergeron, Dirk Deshotels, Shane Deshotels, Robbie Smith, and Junior Medaris.

He fought a long battle, he ran his course, but kept the faith and won the victory. "Victory in Jesus my Savior Forever."
