Jane Thompson

A resident of Baton Rouge, La. died 10:15am, Friday, September 10, 2010. She was a native of Oscealo Arkansas. Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home 11817 Jefferson Hwy. from 9am Saturday, September 11, 2010 until service at 11am conducted by Rev. Ken Carroll of Broadmoor Methodist Church. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Preceded in death by husband Herman Thompson, and sister Lucetta Ann Shoemaker. Survived by sons Dean Bryan Thompson and Bart A. Thompson both of Baton Rouge brother Edgar F. Barnett of Houston Texas, and four grandchildren. She will be remembered as a local abstractor for thirty years, a member of Broadmoor Methodist Church and a die hard LSU fan. In lieu of flowers send memorial donations to St. Joseph Hospice, 8923 Bluebonnet Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70810. When you see Dad in heaven, tell him God Bless.
