Jane Lange

Jane Disedare Lange (1936-2018) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana ascended to her new home with the love of God on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018. She was 81 years old. Her loving husband of 45 years, Carl Lange, was by her side. She was born September 3, 1936, in Coushada, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, Santon Disedare and Lucille Disedare; her siblings SL Disedare, Doug Disedare, Wylie Disedare, and Clyde Disedare. Jane is survived by her husband Carl Lange; her son Danny Bonfiglio, her daughters Toni Bonfiglio Milligan and Erika Jane Peck; her grandchildren Danielle Bonfiglio, Bryan Bonfiglio, Chad Fryou, Michael Fryou, Maria DeVille, Mikaylia Milligan, Ava Peck, Ali Peck, and Dallas Peck; her great grandchildren Isabella Maldonado, Roman Maldonado, and Jackson DeVille; her siblings Vic Disedare, Ed Disedare, and Doris Munson; and her many nieces and nephews. Jane's prosperous entrepreneurships still thrives through her children. Jane started several successful businesses: a beauty shop, daycare, Jane's Cafe in downtown Baton Rouge, Jani-Care currently owned by Danny Bonfiglio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Total Live-in Care, owned by Toni Milligan in Denham Springs, Louisiana, and by Erika Peck in Denver, Colorado. She was an angel her whole life, with a way about her that made everyone she met feel special. Her laugh was contagious and her genuine positive attitude and outlook on life was inspiring to us all. Services will be held at Resthaven in Baton Rouge off Jefferson Hwy. Viewing will be Tuesday, August 7th 5pm-8pm and Wednesday, August 8th 9am-11am; with Funeral Services on Wednesday, August 8th beginning at 11am. Services will be officiated by our beloved friend, former employer, and Pastor, Dr. Jere Melilli and cousin Pastor Felix Johnson and singing by his and Dana Johnson's beautiful children.
