A registered nurse from Promise Healthcare and a resident of Prairieville, he died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, in Centreville, Miss. He was 37 and a native of Centreville. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, Nov. 8, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Tuesday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Lee McKenzie. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife, Christine Brown Taylor mother, Ann Taylor father, Marty Taylor daughter, Evelyn Taylor son, Brandon Taylor sister, Emelie Taylor brotherinlaw, Billy Brown parentsinlaw, Johnny and Norma Brown maternal grandmother, Betty James Cater and husband Harry and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Brandon James and paternal grandparents, Bill and Martell Taylor. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made at Regions Bank in the name of James Gabe Taylor.
