James Paulsen

James A. Paulsen passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. He was a loving husband of 56 years, father, grandfather, and brother. James was a longtime resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Pampa, TX. He retired from Borden Chemical and Plastics after 23 years of service. James is survived by his wife, Sallie H. Paulsen one daughter, Kathryn Paulsen Roth two sons, Jeffrey A. Paulsen and James Christopher Paulsen two brothers, Dwight C. Paulsen, Jr. and Robert W. Paulsen and 7 grandchildren, James Philip Paulsen, Jeffrey Daniel Paulsen, Graham Camors Roth, Sarah Elizabeth Roth, Christopher Gage Roth, Kyle Joseph Roth, and James Brady Roth. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dwight Sr. and Lois Paden Paulsen daughter, Kirsten Lea Paulsen. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 12, 2014 at St. Johns United Methodist Church, 9375 Highland Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70810, from 1 PM until service beginning at 2 PM. Pastor Juan Huertas will be officiating.
